[Solved] Two court hearings on same day?

Hi,
Been getting lots of great advice from here so firstly thank you for that.
I was served with a non mol and occupation order last year. I offered an undertaking which was refused.
I've also not seen my child for nearly 3 months even though my solicitor has sent letters to my wife's solicitor but with no response.
My question is. I have a full hearing for the non mol and occupation order. But I also filled out a c100 application and the court has now sent me a date of the hearing for that on the same day and same time as the non mol hearing.

Is it possible they are combining them or they have messed up?
I've emailed my solicitor but unfortunately it was too late before Xmas.
Thanks in advance.

I would contact the court as soon as they are open and ask about this - the problem you might have is if one of the courts is running late. At the least, you might be able to get them listed for the same judge (so same courtroom) with one following on from the other.

It’s quite common for the court to combine hearings, it’s likely that this is the case here... giving them a call will confirm.

Best of luck

I really hope that is the case. I called this morning but as I thought not open today. As there is no info when next in I'll try everyday anyway.
I really appreciate the reply.
Many thanks.

Managed to get through to the court and it is going to be a combined hearing. Which I think is good news. As I'm going to be represented it'll save me some money as long as it doesn't compromise my case.
