- I was wondering if a Trust is not within an agreement does it weaken one’s position
thank you in advance
I'm sorry but that question needs to be a bit more detailed. In any event, Trusts are quite specialised so you may need professional help.
@champagne Sorry, yes I have been trying to tie down a Trust Declartion thats been going back and forth by Solicitor
and that they will not sign mainly to do with wording roughly how long does this take or do I Just have to be patient and not panic.
Thank You
If you have a Solicitor then hopefully they are looking after your best interests. I guess they are negotiating wording with the other side and that will depend on how long they take to reply. Is it for a family matter? If its part of a financial settlement, then I guess you have to be patient unless you need it sorted for a particular reason
@champagne Good Morning
Just have to be patient Yes the Solicitor is looking after my best interest's as a word out of place costs thousends in the long run but if right saves at the end.
Just seems to me nothing is straight forward!
X's can be some what spitfull but they know how to manipulate the system and hid behind the children and seem to get away with it!
Thank you
