I agree totally, and you should mate. I have read a lot of stuff about how you should moderate comments etc whilst in court and we all understand the need to be as polite and courteous as possible. But if your ex, like mine, has done some rotten things and acted in such a bad way, I feel I have every right to inform the court in defence of my case for contact. I am absolutely certain if the boot was on the other foot, she would do the same.
