It's been a long time since I was active on this board. Happily, that's because my court case was successful and I gained 50/50 shared residency of my son in December.
Just wanted to return and say thank you for all the help and advice I received here during my case.
Sometimes there is a happy ending!
Fab news 🙂
Thanks for Sharing - Great news for you and give's other fathers hope 😉
That's great news - we love to hear back from you guys especially when it's fantastic news. 🙂
Yes great to hear that there has been success.

Great News!
Give us Fathers going through the Courts hope 🙂
That's wonderful news and I'm thrilled for you and your son 🙂
Congratulations on the 50/50
That's something that I want. I have the the time and money to look after the children BUT at a recent meeting with CAFCASS they implied that because the mother and I are having "war" I would not get that. At the moment it's something like 10/90 and I am now fighting accusations that I am not capable of looking after the children because one child went back with a mark on her !
My ex wants to stop all, overnight contact for the children so I am defending that right now with the help of CAFCASS. Once I get the green light to continue am I likely to get more access if my ex is having war with me ?
very well done...pleased for you.
Well done, clearly all the hard work goes to you but pleased we have all worked to support each other in these desperate times.
Its pleasing that 50-50 can be achieved in the longer run so hang on in there everyone!

So pleased for you and your son. Lovely to hear a successful outcome.
