just a query, i have a non-mol order against me from my ex which is all lies. long story short, my ex doesnt have a mobile but would tend to call me off withheld numbers. I was txting her back to her sisters phone basically asking to see my son, was there any news on how my sons doing, and if she wanted to sort anything out before going to court. she hasnt informed police of any of this but im wondering can she bring this up in court. bearing in mind there hasnt been abusive texts towards her.

I think if it is with specific intention that you had concerns regarding your kids it would take a harsh judge to sanction anything,

It is not direct contact with her and your issues only relate to the children.

Good luck

I would be careful how you do this - I agree with boycieuk, but you need to keep the texts to a minimum for the moment - however, if her sister doesn't object, then I'd certainly ask that you can use this next time you have a hearing.
