Wow, well we did well in our case. Presented the facts to the legal advisor and she agreed that if dad wanted to see his son, take what was being offered rther than let judge decide.

So we have agreed, indirect contact to start via video calls from now til November, and then supervised contact.

At the time of mentioning in Court, just before there was a centre in our town that offered supervised for no charge, however NOW there is nowhere where I live that currently offers this service at all.

The nearest available is 30 mins away with a charge of £60-£90 per hour.

Dad wont go 50/50, . .what options do I have except asking the court for directions

To be honest, other than asking the court for directions, I can't think of any other options.
