Hi.
My daughter is 14. I have been a regular farther as best/or have been aloud to. I am currently now with 2 other kids with another partner. My ex now want money, csa with be involved. I am at this time in heavy debts with credit cards due to hard time's with not enough work etc. My outgoings are past full causing more debt. What are my options? Ad it feels as though it's going to cost my family now our entire home and life.
Hi
I'm afraid CSA or CMS don't take any account of debts, they go purely on your income, though there will be a reduction due to your 2 children. I would really suggest you get in touch with stepchange - www.stepchange.org - they are a debt charity who may be able to help you with your current situation.
HI There,
.
I agree with actd, you really need some advice regarding your debts and how best to manage them to get yourself straight again.
.
There are many options available so give them a call and see if they are able to help you, hopefully if you can get to grips with your debts then you should be able to manage the CMS payments.
