hi
please check out:
https://www.iflg.uk.com/faqs/Spousal-Maintenance
hope my ex doesn't grow a brain and hit me with this.
Hi and thanks .. think I came across this before .. seems it’s very much down to who you get on the day
my God, how do you sleep at night?!
Yes my ex wants spousal until children are aged 21 . And they are less than 5 . I have to add at an enormous rate and does not want to claim universal credit. ! Even though she can .
I can’t afford what she wants .
she says she will go to work and wants that on top of child maintenance and going to work . I thought when she returns to work it should stop . No arrangement yet
When she goes back to work .. IF , as like mine spousal is there until the kids grow up or she re marries ,I think you “just” apply to court for a variation as her circumstances have changed
