My ex wife has told me our son wants a double barrel surname. It would be his step dad's and mine.
He is only 9. His mum has planted this seed in his head some time ago. I have no issues with the step dad. I am wondering though if legally would this give the stepdad parental responsibility or reduce mine?
My ex makes it difficult enough to see our soon as it is.
