Hi there guys,
Going through the process for the second time :s due to mum relapsing. Guardian etc involved now.
My query is this:
Mum submitted a witness statement some months ago, it shows her true thoughts and what she believes to be true, if anything it is of great concern and shows she has no idea that her actions are affecting our daughter and is lying about things that are actually factual (proven with documentation)
The solicitor then submitted a supplementary statement that near enough contradicts everything she said in her initial one! The solicitor has sent the bundle to the court, guardian and the psychologist who will be assessing her and have told me that the witness statement should not be included in the court bundle as it is not in the format the court will approve of as there's no names etc on it? However theyve managed to add in letters, blood tests etc into the bundle that are not in any index or attached to any statement as "evidence"
This statement is really important especially for the psychological assessment, how can I get this added into the bundle? Her solicitors are digging their heels in and i'm LIP.

they tried that with me. just backend them and send it to the court to be put in your file. thats what i did when they did the same thing to me and i sent it to the judge and he read what i sent and took it into consideration. LIPs get a lot of leeway. also put it in your position statement as well.
