Hi everyone,

My current solicitor has generally been ok, but over the last 3 months they've become very slow to respond and not proactive with my case.

Can anyone recommend a good solicitor?

Thanks!

I don't have direct contact with mum, all communication is through solicitors and I intend to keep it that way. Mother is extremely manipulative and controlling.

ok, as your case is  moving along, ask Cafcass/judge can both of you communicate with a parenting app. using solicitors long term will cost you a fortune.

You can read the guides on the advicenow.org.uk website for family matters and self representing.  Do you have any friends/colleagues who can recommend anyone if you prefer that route?
