Hi,

We are looking for a solicitor in Hull (or surrounding areas) any recommendations please?

Unless you have unlimited funds i'd steer clear of involving a solicitor, you would be better served by a Mackenzie friend (In my opinion) if you want good advice and help with Family law issues.

a solicitor will look at your case, your situation and work out that they can scr*w you for £5k - £10k with relative ease.

I wasted £8k that route and got less time with my child than I started off with....I self-represented for a couple of years and got more time....although I am back to square one again due to ex being a total nightmare.

Hi,

Thank you for your reply but we have no choice but to get a solicitor to represent us, we have tried to do it ourselves. It seems like we have a good judge but we don't want to risk it as this has gone on too long.

i got much better help and advice from the Mackenzie friend than I ever got from the solicitor and around half the cost.
