can anyone help i had a temp court order in place last year that stated no videos on social media. but nothing about pictures.
loads of court cases down line and now have a different court order thats a final court order but nothing mentions in the new final court order cap 4 that states anything about pics or vids on social media
my question is i always thought a new n final court order overtakes all the old court orders so am i breaking any rules or court orders in doing anything by posting pictures as nothing in any court orders states putting pics on. all it said was no sharing of videos to be put on social media but that was dated last year. this new order recently is the 1 in place and d9nt state nothing about pics or vids at all.
Hi There,
.
I would contact the judge that wrote the order and just ask for advice, if it isn't written then it could just be that anything that was in the original still stands, or as you say the new one cancels the old, but I would ask the question to be sure.
