To put the boot in further..........Partner got a letter from court today, saw the hearing had been listed for October (!!!!!!!) then looked again, they've sent him someone else's case listing so god knows who has received his. Incompetent idiots.......
seriously this is not acceptable makes you so very cross when they can not even send a letter out correctly with sensitive information

Following on from the debacle that was last week's hearing, they've still not replied to my partner's complaint letter despite their '5 day policy' (now on day 6) and now this....
Partner just spoke to the courts to let them know they had sent the wrong person's listing to him & despite the judge saying at the joke of a hearing that she would conduct the final hearing in July / August, they have listed it for the END OF SEPTEMBER!!!!!! What the [censored]?
