[Solved] Smug. Teacher

Okay,so I still have parental rights, Unbeknownst to me,my brother contacted my son's school via some social medium,The teacher reported it to his mother and the head teacher wrote her some paper work. She has used this to help get a non molestation order against me. I have spoken to the school, the teacher on the phone was so smug, told me they'd assumed my brother spoke on my behalf. I told them I want them to send me a copy of what my brother said and a copy of what the Head sent to my son's mum. I cannot believe the audacity of these. People. Am I on the right track with this?

It's not one I've ever come across before - I would have a word with the Citizens Advice Bureau. It certainly seems totally wrong that you have been penalised for something that was nothing to do with you.

Hi There,

I agree,

It seems really wrong, take some advice before you take any further action.
