In that much anguish with it, I can't stop to find peace for a minute. When I'm focused on working the distraction is cool but soon as I stop to take a look at the jobs I've done or have a break. The anguish returns. I feel it come over me like a cloud. My colleagues have no idea but is like ive seen a ghost.
I know exactly why I have just ended myself from the pain and suffering. I am to affraid to do it. I'm to afraid I'll miss out on somthing. So I just sit in dispare and wallow. I search for help and somthjng affordable. My anguish brake up the mental capacity with in me. I have to lay in a dark room for hours and suffer. I can't even get a shave never mind organise a court case.
I'm paying ROC Family support for supervised contact and then tell me it's only supervised because that's what mam wants! I'm paying them to see my son and yet they don't even have the decency to tell my wife I'm not a threat
