Glad you've had a proper judge and not mags & that the PSO remains in place.
It's good that there is supervised contact in place too.
Have the court ordered either a S7 or S37 report or discussed appointing a guardian to represent the children in court?
It sounds like they have allowed her nurse in as a non-professional McKenzie Friend to support her during the hearing.
The fact that the nurse was allowed to speak (which is called rights of audience) is quite unusual even with professional McKenzie Friends, but it is at the discretion of the judge if they feel it might help proceedings.
Glad the children are safe with you.
Best wishes
Agree with what Yoda has said, if the nurse continues to overstep the mark at the next hearing, I’m pretty sure the judge will manage it... hopefully.
It’s a good result and I would imagine that the court will continue to support your care of the children, and will look at ways to progress contact, as long as the children are safe.
All the best
