mypartner all of a sudden left me with the kids two years ago... and all effort to get her or her address to get a contact order prove furtile.. please how best can i get where they live so that i can apply for a contact order.
kind regards
Someone will be along to advise you of the procedures for doing this. Has there been any claim for maintenance in this time, and do you have PR for them?
You need a C4 form for the court to locate the mother and a C100 to apply for a Child Arrangement Order for contact.
Best of luck
Hi there
This might be useful for you -
http://www.thecustodyminefield.com/flapp/seekandfindorders.html
... It explains what a C4 application is and offers advice on how to fill out the form. There's a fee for submitting this to the court, which is £215. Some use a solicitor to do this, but it can cost a lot, many here have chosen to go ahead without one and have had much success... It's doable and we would give advice and support, should you chose to take this route.
All the best
