Hello for the past 2 year I have been taken all my children sat til Sunday 3 weekends per month as I work 1 in 3 . I have slipped discs but would rather work than be on the sick . When it comes to the weekends I have changed from having all four kids all under 7 years to having 2 at a time so I can spend more time with them now the ex is saying take all 4 or none . Advice please
Hi there
Unfortunately, without a court order she can do as she likes, I would imagine she enjoyed having a break without any kids, by taking 2 at a time she doesn't get a complete break.
Perhaps you could suggest that week 1 you have them all, week 2 you have 2 of them, week 3 you have the other two. At least then she would get a break too.
If you can't work it out between yourselves, you could try mediation to work it out, aside from that court would be your only other option.
All the best
