Does the non resident parent have a say if the parent with the children looks to share a house with another family in relation to the children?

If there are no safeguarding or welfare issues with the other family, then there isn't a great deal you can do about it. If there are potential issues, then if you can't agree or mediate a solution, then you could consider contacting children's services.

Agree with the above. If the RP moves in with another family and you have serious concerns, you can contact Childrens Services
