Hi all,
Given the new wording in the child arrangements order does anyone have the wording that would constitute shared care 50/50?
I know a CAO states where the child will live for when etc but looking for the wording for true shared care with 50/50 split of time please.
Regards,
Dave
Thank you Fiona
The order doesn't mention contact but uses the following wording:
1. The child shall live with the mother at the following times...
2. The child shall live with the father at the folowing times...
3. For one half of all school holidaysAs to my meaning of shared care I was talking 50/50 or 60 / 40 in the mother's favour. All I'm trying to achieve is a manageable circumstance for all concerned that benefits my child who thrived under a 60/40, ie: Sunday to Wednesday afternoon, and Wednesday afternoon to Sunday afternoon.
New circudstances that could really work well would be something like I have Thursday and Friday, and every other weekend, with drop off at school on Monday on my weekend. That would be a great solution, but as I said I'm concerned about a few things, least of which is the mum says she won't agree.
Thanks very much for your reply!
