Hey everybody,
So my partner will be filing an enforcement application with the court in the next few days but his ex has withheld her address since she moved to a new house (during the CAO hearings).
My question is, as the court has her new address from the CAO, will they use this address to serve the papers to her or will they expect an address for her from my partner? Does anyone have experience of this?
Thanks and happy new year!

I dont have any experience of this situation so i would suggest that you give the court a call and explain that they have her new address on the existing CAO and ask if they can process your application using the information that they already hold. ...I don't see why not .
