Hi all
Do I need to send a copy of the c100 , notice of proceedings etc etc to the ex when I get them back from court ? In the pack I got back there were no forms to send to the ex to acknowledge she’d recieved the notice and nothing to send back saying I’d served papers . I’ve read conflicting advise
Many thanks

Once the application has been submitted, the court office will usually send on the copies of the form and other documents directly to the respondent,
