Hello staggered,

If I was in your situation, I personally would change the locks immediately.
Request a list from her either by email or text of what she wants to collect, save these messages in case evidence is required to show you have acted reasonably. Either have a trusted third party or removal firm deliver the items to her. This way you will not need to come into contact with her therefore avoiding conflict or the risk of a non molestation order being taken out against you.
Stay in your home, do not move out.
