they was questions asked when child was born as to who the father was. I now know his mine but his mother wants me to apply for supervised visitation only and also says about back dated csa all the way from birth but i think thats unfair when noone knew who the father was.

does anyone know thats rights i have if any?

The maintenance will be backdated to the point when the CSA were first asked to take the case. If you didn't dispute that you were the father, and ask for a DNA test, then that date will stand.
