Section 7 initial report was done by the local council. I had to send a mountain of evidence in, which fortunately they could not turn a blind eye to. They then confirmed in this initial report that there was parental alienation by the mother but also 'excused it'.
The final report takes into consideration the wishes and feelings of the children and somehow its pretty obvious that the mother has stopped at nothing to break the relationship but the Report never explores these lies. Even when the children lie, the council knows its a lie but never says it or explores it any further.
What should I do to counter this or deal with it. I want equal shared care but its been nothing but a battle to gain contact, supervised contact, to unsupervised etc. There seems to be no repercussions with the lies or the fact that the relationship was disrupted by the mother.
Please advice.
hi,
section 7 report carries lot of weight. I think it's better to accept recommendations and rebuild your relationship with kids. then in future you could consider seeking 50/50 access.
