Hi all , i need to be a little vague so i dont hinder my case but i can say i have a full section 7 report which weighs heavily in my favor and im now hoping that the judge takes this onboard and goes with the proposals within, my question is what is the likelihood that a judge would ignore the report

thanks
bd

It always depends on the judge on the day, but it would seem daft for a court to order a s7 report, to then disregard it's findings unless there was a good reason to do so.

The magistrates followed the CAFCASS recommendation in my case, plus I requested that all pickups where from school (to ensure contact took place) which was put in the court order πŸ™‚
