[Solved] Section 7 Hearing in 4 weeks Major Issue!

Be careful though. I think most solicitors either can't represent you in court or they are not really experienced enough in that sort of thing.

Barristers on the other hand represent people in courts as part of their daily job.

I personally think I would choose barristers over the two.

I would suggest prepping the case yourself and using a direct access barrister for the hearings. A much better allocation of funds that way!

So after me getting on to cafcass for 2 days in a row they have sent me a copy of a letter that they have sent to the court. They have requested an extra 4 weeks which is a relief I was dreading it being 3 months again!

Not ideal as a section 7 report is going to have took 4 months but it could have been a lot worse!
