I got my section 7 from the local authority today. It reads so amateurish and disjointed, nevertheless the start and middle of it seemed to favour me and imply mother is lying.
Mother doing her usual gambit I should have less time with children because I'm some how infecting them with Autism.
Then in recommendation it turns south on me saying mother should have full child arrangement order made in her favour, they believe her she's not seeing her [censored] offender lover anymore, praising her honesty (lol) and arrangements in place for my contact should stay the same and maybe get a sleep over.
Can a Mod please read over my 7 and give me some pointers in my proposals, I will be LIP for the first time next month and very nervous.
Anyone??
How long is your next hearing listed for? An hour? Two hours? Half a day? All day?
It says it will last one hour, does the time length mean different things?
I'm not exaggerating when I say the S7 report reads like a drunk 10 year old wrote it. It has to be seen to believed. For example my gender changes to female, ex's changes to male at times, there is a child called Cobi who doesn't even exist and the English is so poor it makes mine read like Shakespeare. I don't know if she went crazy writing it or got cases mixed up at the end. It starts of pro me and the end turns into This is Sparta and says one of the children suffered physical abuse!
Please can you have a read through if I send you a link? I need to know how to play it
Hi Marco
As your hearing is only listed for one hour, the objective will be to review the report and for both sides to put forward their positions and see if agreement can be reached.
I would suggest that you draw up a position statement telling the court whether you agree with the recommendations and why & also state that the report is littered with errors and talks about an unknown child therefore you would like the report to be re written as it would not be able to be relied on as evidence for a final hearing.
If you and mum can agree things at the next hearing, then great. If not, I would hope the judge will order a re write or new report.
I'm about 90% complete on my position statement. Even after killing all my darlings and thinning it out, it still expands to 3 pages, is that ok?
I've also made 3 proposals, high bar being primary parent, middle 50/50 live with order (I think that's the right term?) And low being weekends plus 1 week night.
Mum wants to reduce my 12 hours a week to 9 according to S7. Dodgy conclusion of S7 wants me to keep 12 and have an overnight if mum agrees.
Considering I was the househusband for 3 years, have no criminal charges or findings against me, I don't see why I'm getting the short end of the stick when mum is clearly a scammer that destroyed the family with a dangerous [censored] offender, who throttled my step dad in front of children.
