- Hi everyone does anyone know if senior schools are instantly informed that a section 7 is going to be done on the mother?
The the reason I ask is because my son was sent to school with a broken finger and didn't alert the school nor me for that matter I found out in his medical records.
I emailed the head teacher but no reply. It's been a week.
hi, usually if Cafcass or local SS are going to visit the school as part of section 7, they would inform the school in advance.
@bill337 hi bill thank you for your reply. If the child isn't going to have their meeting at the school then do the school not get informed at all that a section 7 is taking place?
@bear23 I don't know, but you should tell cafcass about all of your concerns, like the broken finger and school, and they would look into it.
