Hi
I received a scott schedule. In the court order the judge said mother must list no more than 7 allegations. However in scott schedule the mother has made more than 7 allegations in my view, for example she lists them as 1a, 1b, 1c,1d then 2a, 2b, 2c, 2d, then 3a, 3b, 3c, 3d, 3e, 3f then 4 & 5.
The way I read it thats a total of 16 allegations. all these sub sections shes included like 1a, 1b, 1c etc add up the amount of allegations. Is this allowed? As it causes alot more work and we could be responding to way to many allegations then is actually allowed.
For example in 1. She says physical abuse but she lists separate incidents as 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d , then 2 is emotional abuse broken down as 2a, 2b and so on
Please advise how I respond.
Thanks.
When you go back to court you can say there are 16 when there should be 7 so she will have to remove all bar one from each section so for example 1 a 1b 1 c 1d would have to be just 1. Also look at them all and is there any evidence to support her claims that you done these alleged things
