Please please help me. . .
My daughters mother suffers serious mental health issues and has done since she was 13
She broke the contact order and vanished . I managed to find her living in Scotland. I managed to then find out Rosies school so i sent them a letter explaining who I am and that I have full PR and that I am Rosies Biological father. I received this email back ..
Dear Mr Dodds,
I write in reply, as Head of * Junior School, to your email to Mr *.
I can confirm that Rosie * did attend our Nursery during the last session but she is not registered with us for the session beginning August 2014 and therefore will not be attending * Junior School. Both Mr * and I agree with your view that you have parental rights as Rosie’s father and I will forward you a copy of Rosie’s reports from June 2014 when our staff return to school at the end of August, or sooner if possible. Unfortunately, I cannot furnish you with any more information at present.
Yours sincerely,
Jimmy *

I waited a month after the school went back and then contacted them. They then decided to tell me that Jane has made allegations against me and that I needed to supply them with a copy of my passport, Court order and Birth certificate of Rosie which I did. This was over a month ago and they have since refused to reply back to me.
What are my rights on this situation? Any allegation will be false because I have not had any contact with Jane or Rosie since the order and I miss my daughter so so much.
How can the school change its mind on the basis of one parent who like I said has some serious problems. I have done nothing wrong ever.
NOTE: I located them 200 miles away in Scotland (Ayrshire) Doesnt PR count there now? it sickens me that this is happening . Rosie lost her amazing grandad last year through a short 3 week battle with cancer . I dont want her nanna to never get to know her only granddaughter 🙁
Thank you acdt. I have emailed the site you mentioned.
