Many thanks - I really do appreciate your comments.
What you suggest is exactly where we stand at the mo - I still wonder whether I'm being too aggressive.
🙂
I certainly don’t think so and as we’ve all suggested the same to you, it’s the most logical action to take... all your asking is that they observe the rules and give you the respect you deserve. Good luck
Thank you for that vote of confidence.
There will be something of an acid test next week - a parents' evening, we'll see if the school remembers to send me the calling notice this time 🙂
Let’s hope so! Keep us posted.
The parents' evening piece was fine Mojo. Perhaps the schools has learned a lesson?
That’s encouraging Othen! Let’s hope they tow the line in future.
hi othen,
when my ex did runner, she wouldnt tell me where she's staying and just changed schools. i personally would not be offended if school did not send me an sms or letter. if i wanted to go parents evening, i would just look it up on school website or phone them. i am only interested in the court order being obeyed by the ex and me getting to see my children. everything else is just an added bonus.
