ive two children boys both \re at the same school, ive not seen either of them for 6 mnths ,the ex just stopped me having access,
it all seem pre planned ,id have them stay with me ,nearlyt every week end,,if i wasnt working i did do 12x4 day week,,but ,things went wrong when i lost my job,then my rented accomadation i couldnt afford the rent on dole money,,and it took agrs for em to sort it out,--in the mean time id been seeing a gf ,and i moved in with her,some 230miles from my kids,-i didnt have a choice or id be on the streets..

id nagging suppicons as ther ex txt me about changing the boys names to her maiden name i refused point blank, ive a son with her and i have brought her step child up as my ownm,since aged 2- he's now 10 my other son is 6 since august last yr ,ive not seen em i ring she wont ansa the fone ive rang the school who wont allow me to talk to them they dont even sent me up dates on how they doing,,

I would say that the first step is to try mediation to see if there is a way forward, but otherwise you are going to need to apply for a contact order - it's something you can do yourself, have a read of yoji's guide to representing yourself at the top of the legal eagle section to give you an idea of what is involved.
