So, imagine the two very worst actions a father can be accused of, in no particular order. Now imagine that days before your court hearing, you get a letter from your ex partners solicitor stating that the ex has told a friend a list of allegations that have not before been mentioned and have absolutely no grounds, reasoning or basis of fact. Yet you have been accused of these crimes prior to your separation.
Now what would you do, based on the advice given earlier not to attack her or take the focus of your parenting skills?
I think if the allegation is mentioned, I wouldn't ignore it. That could be seen as if you are trying to avoid it.
But I would simply say I refute the allegation and it is up to the accuser to prove it. No more need to be said.
