Hi all
Just wondered if you can advise.
CAFCASS have been asked to file a report on what contact with the father is appropriate in lights of the fact finding.
This is due to be done on the 05.04.13, as I had not heard from them I called to ask how this works, do they just read the docs and produce a report or do they speak with all of us etc etc?
She was very rude and abrupt !!! My wife had called her earlier explaing that she was my wife and that she was calling on my behalf as I was at work, and could she advise how this works. Upon the CAFCASS officer calling my wife back she simply answered with, I cant discuss this with you, get the father to call, but don't call me at 10pm at night!!
What kind of attitude is this how rude
Anyway, she advised she is in Court on the 25.03 and so will come and see me then to save me having to go to Milton Keynes.
In the first instance, why should I have to go to Milton Keynes anyway, why can't they come here?
Can I formally request they see me locally or at my own home?
Secondly can I have someone with me, I am anxious that she will twist and goad me into things
Thanks
