Mate I know who she is, she's an absolute nightmare, a right weirdo I swear she's a few sandwiches short of a picnic, she dived on me offering this advice that advice then followed up with a quote for her services I swear i seen pound signs in her eyes glad I decided not to go with her I've met 3 or 4 people who have used her and their cases have been going on for years, People like her prey on poor dads who have no where to turn f**ks me right off, most MF's I asked charged between £40-£90 an hour around £300 for a court visit, so pleased I went alone I'm quite proud of myself I've learned so much it's ace 🙂
NJ,
No, the one I was referring to was the same one slim just mentioned.
The lady you recommended to me from Durham, I intended to use for the review hearing in october coming up. I emailed her, but she never replied to me. I don't know why not....perhaps she is not interested.
It would have really convenient for me to have been able to have her help me as she is near to where the court case is taking place.
I've had nightmares about them big bulging eyes of hers lol she seemed to be always looking at you
That's such a pity...I sent her an email telling her I'd recommended her to you and I didn't get a response either! She is getting on a bit so maybe she's retired...or changed her email address.
Oh well I'll strike her off my list...pity, she was good!
I would say for us it is going OK using a solicitor/barrister. Don't think we could have represented ourselves due to the nature of the allegations and everything else that the ex has thrown at us and what is happening at present. Sorry I can't really go into details at present in case either her or her family are looking at this forum as they can easily be identified.
I would definately say if you can, then go it alone. It has cost my son a fortune and the solicitors/barristers just seem to drag their feet whereas if you could represent yourself, then you can drive the case at your own speed.
Some real mixed reviews here! - 🙂 Thanks for your views and opinions.
I have some more figures and could do with more! But the results are starting to actually take shape.
I have had 11 responses, in order to get a better look I'm after 100+. So, i'm going to post again in to my other thread.
