Hello
I have completed my Scott Schedule that has to be I by the 2nd January. The order from the last hearing also states that I am to complete a written statement in regards to the allegations and what I will say to the court about the disputed allegations.
Has anyone got any advice in how I put this forward and what to include?
I am now representing myself
My first thoughts are to create the standard template for the statement, and to respond to each allegation in more depth?

Hi there
Yes use the standard template and respond to each allegation, attaching any evidence you have that shows the allegations to be false... this could be screenshots of texts or emails, or transcripts of texts etc.
I had help back then when i did mine.
In each of the sections where you respond with a brief answer and if you have proof then add in..... "Denied - see attached evidence at section E pages E3 - E6 & E12-E15" etc... or if you accept it but it didn't quite happen the way she's put it then just put "accepted but it was....xyz....not zyx"
Number each page of evidence you intend to use with you scott schedule.
