I submitted a C100 and C1A and have today received a bundle from the courts including counter allegations against me. I wish to deny these allegations but the position statement or statement of evidence I've compiled does not mention these as I was unaware of them today.
Please can someone confirm what is the accepted protocol by the courts for me to refute these allegations. Do I include them on the position statement, provide those details to cafcass, social services, etc? I'm LIP'ing so I don't understand how the courts work.
You can include a very brief summary of your response in your position statement, but the allegations will be addressed at the first hearing, or subsequent hearing and you should be given the opportunity to respond.
