Hi,
I filled out a C100 and, to cut a long story short, I today received a statement and Scott Schedule written by my ex.
The allegations contained within are almost entirely untrue. They allege lots of abuse, none of which happened. Some of the events did happen, however, for example the Police were indeed called on numerous occasions, but they never actually acted on anything.
How do I best respond to this? I found an example Scott Schedule online, but the main issue is that my ex's solicitor (she lied to get legal aid) sent the documents in PDF format - this is not easy to edit and leaves me with limited space to respond.
hi,
you shouldn't edit their document. write out your own one and respond to allegations.
theres template you can use:
if you suspect legal aid fraud, you should report it:

Do I need to copy out everything my ex put into her Scott Schedule? It's quite lengthy!

did they number their allegations? if so, you can reference that number/page and write your response. the template should give you a good idea how to do it.
