[Solved] Respondent Fees/Charges

As the Applicant we obviously have to pay for a MIAM, C100 submission fee etc in order to get to court & request teh Respondent attend court.

Once in court how do charges/fees work if you're self representing? Does each hearing incur a further cost?
Is it only the applicant who incurs a cost?

Obviously if the Respondent chooses to be represented they pay their own solicitor's fees? If they self-represent is it free of charges?

Thats all you have to pay 🙂 £215 for your c100 and for the MIAM nothing more that's it until the end of your case unless if the court orders drug tests ect like they did me, Yeah if the respondent is self rep"ing they don't pay anything either only id they have a solicitor they do.
