Hi There,
.
Self representation isn't as difficult as you would think, there are lots of tips in our legal section.
.
The best general tip is to prepare for everything, the better prepped you are the easier things will go and the more relaxed you will be.
.
If you have any specific questons ask them and we will try and answer them for you.
.

If you have a contact order, then you need to contact her solicitor to say that you expect contact to happen in accordance with the order by the next contact date. Be polite in the letter you send - assume that all correspondence will be put before a court if it goes back there, so you need to make sure they have nothing bad they can present.

The problem I have is the court order is only for every second weekend. This isn't enough contact I have sent the solicitor a letter asking for more contact out with the Court order in which she denied . I have mediation soon and not back to court for a couple of months .
