Hi Kenny,

I certainly understand your anxiety, given what you say about the perceived attitude of the independent lawyer. I'm guessing this person is doing something similar to what CAFCASS do in down here in England?

For my personal situation, the new CAFCASS officer assigned to my case has completely, in my opinion, done more harm than good, and made some major mistakes in her work. I of course will have to raise these issues in court.

Perhaps speak to your solicitor and raise your concerns, however, before you have seen the report, you could be worried over nothing....

Simon

I agree....wait and see what your dealing with, it might not be as bad as you think! If it is then you should raise concerns with your solicitor and ask them to contact the Barr reporter first, along with their manager....and if they aren't prepared to make any amendments then of course raise it in court.
