I would keep this recording to yourself for now. Right now you have some interesting stuff but not a lot, if you show your cards now then obviously she will know and you may not get a chance to record further conversations. I advise that you store it away and then attempt to get more and then you will be able to show a bigger picture over various conversations rather thsn just the one.

I had a sit down conversation with my ex and recording the whole conversation where she agreed contact with the children but has changed again could I use the recording in court.

The thing is it's my plan to never have to use it or even refer to the fact it exists. It really has to be a last resort.
