Have proof that my ex has emotionally abused me and think I should be able to get legal aid.
Ive got a DRA coming up so it might miss that but it would be useful to have a good solicitor/barrister for the final hearing.
Does anyone have any recommendations? It could be in London, or possibly further south
The ex has a severe alcohol problem and I believe mental health issues so someone specialising in these fields would be good.
You could call the local Citizens Advice or google legal aid solicitors family for the area you require

Hi,
Have cafcass been involved and have they made any recommendations?
Champagne I have googled and found a few, was hoping for a recommendation though as some may be better than others.
Bill the section 7 is due this week. I suspect they know my ex has a serious drink problem so am hoping that the outcome will be favourable.
