received an email today through their secure server which was the safeguarding letter
cafcass has stated there or no safeguarding issues despite social services coming to my resident home back in april where i live with my 3 other children
they have stated that mum has said she wants supervised visits until i show improvements from my mental health....(ive been having cognitive behavioral therapy for 11 weeks dealing with anxiety and anger management due to having fibromyalgia)
The mental health letter i have states i have shown signs of improvement with my anger and i have never displayed any signs of aggression in my talks so hopefully im already 1 step ahead of the court there but am seeing my GP tomorrow so will ask for an emergency mental health report 🙂
cafcass have advised section 7 report due to allegations by mum and there being a non molestation contested hearing next month but say nothing about any interim contact
cafcass letter also has some factual things wrong in the letter so do i contact them now or wait unitl court to point them out?
so guess i now just see what court says at my FHDRA on monday?
Hi there
If there are factual errors in the S2 I would contact them and ask for an amendment.
Don't be surprised if the FHDRA gets adjourned until after the non mol, even if it goes ahead, I doubt the court will agree to contact until the non mol is concluded... just my opinion.
It might be that they will want to start contact from a contact centre, there's no way of predicting what will happen, just concentrate on putting the best case forward that you can.
yeah i think thats going to be the case so im going to ask to combine the contact hearing with the non mol
