Have you not been to family court to try and get a child arrangements order put in place. If you have PR and there are no safeguarding issues you are entitled to get school reports and attend school events and parents evenings. by doing all those you are showing you are child focused and care about your child.

My child is 16 and he leaves school this year - So the family court won't give an order for child access

And I've asked for a reason why i'm blocked from knowing the school and i'm waiting for a response

At age 16, I'm not sure that they are required to tell you anything, I think they would have to ask your son for his permission, and I don't think they are required to do ask him. Anyone else able to confirm or correct this?

At 16 under GDPR consent is for the child to give.
