if the over all goal is to gain a child arrangement order, then that's what i would put on the c100 form, but if the are other issues like also wanting to gain parental responsibility, can you also apply for a specific issue order on the same c100 for and ask for PR?

A specific issue order isn't really for that purpose, you would be using the C100 to apply for a Child Arrangements Order. In the section where it asks what you are requesting the court to do, you could mention that you would like to be granted Parental Responsibility...I don't really understand what you have against just using the C1 form though.

Hi you can use a C1 if it's just PR. If you're wanting a Child Arrangements Order as well, you need to use the C100. A Specific Issue Order isn't really for PR as Mojo says.

You can just say on the C100 that you are seeking an order for Parental Responsibility and to lay out who the child spends time with and when.

Good luck
