[Solved] Question about xmas contact

The order states that over xmas 2018 i get a week with my son and my birthday (2nd Jan).

Also, last half term she was unable to faciliate half the ordered contact. So she owes me 2.5 days which she agreed to give over xmas.

So i should have 9 and half days.

She has offered 8am Dec 26th to 2pm Jan 3rd.

This equals 8 and half days, right?

Is it worth kicking up a fuss over the last day or have i made a mistake.

Personally I'd not kick off but make her aware of it after you take him back.
If you challenge her now she could kick off and ruin any plans you have this week.

I agree, it's not worth making a fuss beforehand as it gives her the opportunity to spoil it for you immediately. Keep a diary of each event where she is cutting short your time in case it goes back to court. You could suggest she gives you a written IOU for the time, depends on whether you think she'd agree to that each time.
