Hello,
I'm new bee here I have been given this website from citizen advice.
I have fact finding hearing of my child contact order applocation.
I want to ask what i can expect in long two day hearing ??
Should i take ALL my old movie camera , mobiles and pictures for evidence ?
Judge have asked me to send questions which they can cross question with the mother on hearing.
Its been more than 2.5 years i haven't seen my child because of Carona etc.
in All of the initial hearings i can't see any sympathy from Judges that I am suffering and stress and in depression for not seeing my son.
Please advise.
Thanks,
A frustrated father
